Positive :
Wow what a beautiful resort very clean very dedicated employees lush beautiful white sand beach and turquoise water gilded. I recommend it to everyone. Of course if you can pay an extra $ 50 take the diamond club hacienda for private pool and bar for lunch and dinner in a restaurant exclusive private members. The food was just great for restaurants.
Negative :
Staff lack a little warmth when asked about but hey it's still not bad. Evening shows boring by cons. The rooms are level 4 stars it's disappointing for a 5 star it s expected a little more luxury. The buffets are always varied but food is good. Beer is not super good!!! Tros resort as big as over 7000 people a week on the site!!
