Positive :
Excellent reception. Attentive service. Very good organization. Concierge service excellent. Very varied and plentiful buffet, kitchen sometimes a little disconcerting in the adaptation of local dishes, but we found it easily. The local tonic water is far superior to ours (for lovers of gin and tonic). The site is superb and flawless. We liked the collectivo to get to Playa del Carmen. Excellent support from Julie for TMR.
