What are de details about the refund in case of a price drop?
This procedure applies ONLY to new Internet booking made via our website www.varvacations.com (Reservations made directly on our website via our online booking engine).
The request must be made within 120 hours of initial booking and at least 18 days before actual departure.
The Guarantee is Not applicable when there is a programming error.
Not applicable for a tour operator promotional package or for any tour operator limited promotion.
It can only be applied once per booking and at the time chosen by the customer himself, within all regulations established before. ***Internet booking only***.
The travel credit check will be valid for a period of one year from the original booking date, and applicable only on new bookings.

- Allows a travel credit with the same tour operator within the year (365 days) following the booking date (I booked sept. 15th, 2009, I must leave before sept. 15th, 2010)
- The new booking cannot be made for the same departure date, nor for a new departure within 15 days following and/or before the original departure date, and nor within the 15 days following the cancellation date
- The client can only make one cancellation by booking (we cannot cumulate cancellations one after another)
